Registration and Housing are now open!

Online, fax, and mail registrations are accepted! You must be registered to secure housing. "Super Saver" registration rates are in effect until April 15, 2012.

Notification of acceptance (or not) of proposals by Program Unit Chairs. All program participants must renew/establish 2012 AAR memberships in order to participate on the program.

Program Unit Chairs submit session request information (Program Planner copy, abstracts, and participant forms) to the AAR Executive Office online.

April 16, 2012

Second tier ("Early Bird") premeeting registration rates go into effect.

May 1, 2012

Deadline for priority submission of Additional Meeting request forms. Forms are available online at www.aarweb.org.

June 15, 2012

Deadline for participants to renew their AAR membership and be preregistered for the meeting. Names of participants not registered will be removed from the Program Book.

June 16, 2012

Third tier ("Advance") premeeting registration rates go into effect.

August 1, 2012

Employment Center registration for employers opens.

August 15, 2012

Candidate CV submission system opens. Candidates who have already registered for the Employment Center will be able to upload their CVs into the system. Employers who have already preregistered will be able to start reviewing the CVs.

August 31, 2012

Deadline for participants to request audiovisual equipment at the Annual Meeting.

September 16, 2012

Fourth tier ("Regular") premeeting registration rates go into effect.

Late September, 2012

Annual Meetings Program Book and registration packets are mailed to all 2012 Annual Meetings registrants. You must be registered for the Annual Meetings by September 15 in order to receive a Program Book. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery.

October 19, 2012

Special housing rates end. Continue to contact the AAR and SBL Housing Department for housing needs throughout the meeting.

October 24, 2012

Employment Center preregistration for both candidates and employers closes. Employers and candidates who wish to register after this date will have to register onsite at the Employment Center during normal hours of operation.

November 1, 2012

Premeeting registration refund request deadline. Contact the AAR Housing Department for refunds (see registration form for details).

November 15, 2012

Premeeting registration ends at 5:00 PM EST. All registrations after this date must take place online or onsite in Chicago, IL.
