The keynote speaker this year will be Jeffrey J. Kripal, J. Newton Rayzor Professor of Philosophy and Religious Thought at Rice University. The title of his talk is “Mutants and Mystics: Science Fiction, Superhero Comics, and the Paranormal.”

Student Paper Competition

Graduate and undergraduate students in the Eastern International Region were invited to enter the student paper competition. The award(s) will be formally presented at the business meeting on Saturday, May 7, 2011.
